Nathan Reinmiller
BIOGRAPHY
Nathan Reinmiller is an accomplished and aggressive litigator with over 20 years of experience providing strategic direction to senior management and clients on transactions, disputes, risk management strategies, and litigation matters.
Nathan practices a consultative approach to mitigate risk, limit exposure, improve profitability, and achieve compliance. He effectively manages litigation teams, settlement negotiations, contract reviews, and stressful and demanding situations in and out of the courtroom. He is esteemed for his abilities as a litigator and his high ethical standards.
Nathan has represented and advised various individual and corporate clients, including numerous Fortune 500 corporations, including some of the largest insurers in the United States, vehicle manufacturers, and the largest equipment rental company in the nation. He has also served as a Client Advocate before administrative tribunals, including the Nevada State Bar, Las Vegas City Council, Nevada Labor Board, and Nevada Department of Occupational Safety & Health.
He is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
Before joining Hall Prangle, Nathan worked at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders, where he tried his first case in his second year and his first high-profile case in his third year. He built a successful practice group and mentored over 40 attorneys, becoming the youngest and earliest partner at the firm after approximately five years. Nathan earned J.D. from the University of San Diego, graduating at the top of his class in two and a half years. He earned a B.S. in Political Science from the same institution.
From 2015 to 2017, after retiring from Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders, Nathan and his family traveled the world, visiting 26 countries in two years.
