Hall Prangle Welcomes New Associate in Chicago Office

Hall Prangle is pleased to welcome Bill Cook as an Associate in our Chicago office!

Before joining Hall Prangle, Bill served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago’s Department of Law, handling personal injury and civil rights cases and advising City departments on regulatory and procurement matters.

He began his career as a Research Staff Attorney at the Illinois Appellate Court, drafting orders for criminal appeals. He earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, where he served as Lead Articles Editor for The John Marshall Law Review and received CALI awards for coursework in constitutional law and secured transactions.

We’re excited to have Bill bring his expertise and extensive litigation experience to the Hall Prangle team.
