Scarlett Olson
BIOGRAPHY
Scarlett Olson focuses her practice on defending physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other medical providers in medical malpractice matters. She has considerable experience in all phases of litigation from pre-investigation suits through trial.
Scarlett joined Hall Prangle in 2025 after spending 5 ½ years at another defense firm where she also practiced medical malpractice defense. Her litigation experience is extensive having tried 20 jury trials over the course of her career in Cook County, Lake County and Kankakee County. While she attended The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Scarlett was the Presiding Barrister of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Board and Council, and she competed in multiple national trial advocacy competitions.
