Kathryn Lunn
BIOGRAPHY
Kathryn is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience handling complex, high-stakes matters involving commercial litigation, real estate disputes, construction litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage, and appellate advocacy. She has managed sophisticated multi-jurisdictional matters across Arizona, Illinois, California, and New York, representing clients through trial, arbitration, and appeal.
Throughout her career, Kathryn has combined extensive courtroom experience with strong leadership and operational management skills. She has supervised and mentored teams of attorneys, overseen large and diverse litigation dockets, and guided case strategy in complex commercial and civil matters. Most recently, she managed firmwide litigation operations and supervised junior attorneys at a Los Angeles-based litigation firm, while also leading appellate strategy in matters pending before the Second Circuit, Ninth Circuit, and California Courts of Appeal.
Kathryn’s experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving commercial disputes, intellectual property, real estate, construction, medical malpractice, product liability, and professional liability claims. She has served as first chair in arbitration proceedings, drafted appellate briefs addressing issues of first impression, and achieved significant results in high-exposure litigation, including multimillion-dollar settlements and dispositive motion victories.
Earlier in her career, Kathryn practiced at both boutique and Am Law 200 firms, where she handled complex litigation from inception through trial and appeal. She also directed all litigation for a multistate blood products company, functioning in a role comparable to litigation associate general counsel.
In addition to her litigation practice, Kathryn served for eight years as a grader for the Supreme Court of Arizona Bar Examination Committee.
